Born in Stuttgart, Germany, I grew up in Central Texas and lived in Austin for nearly 18 years and now I am proud to call Palm Springs HOME. I started my real estate career in mid 2004 in Austin and was quickly deemed a ‘Rising Star’. By 2007 I had $11+ million in sales under my belt and was installed as a Sales & Leasing Manager. While on the management team he was awarded with the Sales & Leasing Manager of the year in 2008, oversaw 900+ residential transactions, 450+ listings, and record breaking sales volumes.
From the beginning, I was destined to be a top performing real estate agent. To date I have helped my buyers, sellers and investors close on $75+ million in residential properties. Keeping an open line of communication and providing expert advice are essential tools that help my clients make sound decisions, in order to keep the buying and selling process running smoothly.
I enjoy spending time with my partner, traveling, and I find my volunteer work extremely rewarding. In 2011, I started volunteering in the non-profit arena. I was voted on the board of the
AGLPF (a 501c3 Non-Profit) as the Vice President and in 2012 was installed to the role of President, where I served for 7 years. The AGLPF is charged with organizing an annual education and celebration event. The event donates its proceeds (over $150k during my tenure) back to the community.

Our experience with the Paul Huddleston was nothing short of exemplary. He was available at every turn, weekends, mornings, evenings, whenever we needed him. My experience in working with Paul was nothing short of fantastic. His broad-ranging experience and foresight in every aspect of his trade was pivotal in landing me my ideal homestead.
Previously, I had been searching for the better part of 6 months to find the right house, at the right price, in the right location. My efforts bore little fruit, as time and time again I would come up short in making an offer. Usually it was a combination of delayed updates on new properties, coordinating with previous realtors on scheduling a day to view said properties, and delays on actually relaying an offer.
In January, I opted to give Paul a try and I could tell this was going to be a different experience within minutes of meeting him. We met up at a coffeehouse to get a clearer picture on my search criteria, and I felt to have gained more in an hour of conference with him than the months of back and forth with previous agents. He walked me though every aspect of the process: from average selection and offer time-frames to housing market trends in various parts of the city. He even delved into minute details of construction, advising on the hints a house will give to indicate quality, wear, settling issues etc. Every recommendation came with an even balance of objectivity. He never seemed like he was trying to "sell" me. He was a wealth of information and I was happy to take as much as he offered.
On the day we found my house, he wasted no time in scheduling a viewing within hours. He was thorough on the initial inspection, addressing many points of the house that an official inspection would later confirm. After looking over the house, he worked quickly on securing an offer. He later said our initial offer came in minutes before a second one, and I believe this experience as a whole went as smoothly as it did because of his consistently prompt responses.
He kept in regular contact throughout the loan process, offering guidance and clarity on any of the details that flew over my head (this happened often).
I wish to note that during this process, he demonstrated a consistency in availability that I rarely see in other professions. Evenings, weekends, he was almost always available, and would follow-up soon after, when he wasn't. It was very reassuring.
Throughout the entire process, his team did their best to keep things moving in a timely manner. This was most evident at the very end, as we neared the projected closing date. We were pushing to expedite the process, as I was rendered homeless during the latter part of the transition. The final day of contract signing was a mess of delays and customer neglect (on the title company's part). This process dragged on through the better part of the day and I got a call at 15 minutes to 5pm that the title company forgot to include a document for signing. This would have resulted in a large amount of scheduling conflicts I had for the next day, and me having no place to sleep. I called Paul and he managed to arrange a place for me to complete the document within that day, and he had enough pull to get me the keys to the door before dusk.
I hold Paul in high respect, and will recommend him to any who asks.
