STEP 1: PRICE

The most important step in selling your home is pricing it correctly from the beginning. Research shows that overpriced homes take longer to sell so it is crucial that your initial price matches the market. I use various tools to determine an accurate sales price and work with you to determine the final listing price.

STEP 3: MARKET

I have developed my Home Selling System to provide my sellers with a consistent and proven method to promote your listing. I utilize online tools, social media, email, direct mail and print marketing campaigns designed to reach potential buyers
